We operate a mixed working model: our European staff can be based as an integral part of your team in the UK, work from their existing European base – or a combination of the two.

Many of our Slovak team are already working in the UK on either short-term (ie minimum of 1 week) or long-term contracts (2 year maximum). We can place members of our team directly within your organisation, or you can utilise the team directly from Slovakia with team members visiting the UK as and when required. And with Bratislava, the Slovakian capital, a mere 2 hours from Stansted airport, it’s often quicker and easier to get staff to and from Bratislava than from other parts of the UK!

We treat our staff fairly: Slovak staff working in the UK on a project for more than 6 months are remunerated to a comparable level to their UK counterparts. Bear in mind, however, that one or two such personnel in the UK can manage 6 – 10 in SK - where salaries are commensurate to local markets - and the aggregated saving for the UK host company can be very impressive.

And for your even greater comfort, we can take care of taxation, working registration, set up of bank accounts, healthcare services and even living accommodation. We make it as easy for you as we possibly can.
